Yes, the influx in apps and online support communities is helping to reduce violence and allow victims to speak out in more anonymous ways!

No, the influx of technology has allowed for more abuse via online predators/increased surveillance of already abusive partners, etc.

Neither, I do not believe it has neither increased or decreased the rate of violence.
